Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Please be advised that Keona's Knuckle Shop holds our inventories with U.S. warehouses in Florida & California do products may be delivered separately. Our suppliers typically ship their products within 1-3 days of receiving your order. Due to the impact of local health orders, holidays and demand, it may take 7-14 days after your order is shipped for products to arrive. As soon as your product ships you'll receive a tracking number that lets you keep tabs on your order at all times.
What is your refund & return policy?
We have a 14-day refund & return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a full refund or store credit towards another item in our store.
To start a request, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please indicate if you would like a refund or store credit, the reason for your refund request and include a clear photo of the item. We will work with you if the item comes damaged.
If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions to return the item. You will receive the refund for your item within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process order cancellations once an item is shipped.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order then simply notify us, and we’ll work to replace the item with another product or give you a refund or store credit. Please follow the steps listed above regarding our refund policy. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, contact us and we will work to get get you a full refund or store credit. You may then elect to sell or donate your items to charity. Please follow the steps listed above regarding our refund policy.
