Where do you ship?

At this time, Keona's Defense Shop can only ship products within the U.S.

Is it legal for me to carry a defense accessory or tactical tool in my state?

Due to variations of open carry and self defense laws, we cannot guarantee that our products are legal to carry in your state. We recommend that you research your local and state regulations for carrying defense accessories and tactical tools. Please see our Shipping Restrictions page for more information.

Are your products safe for kids?

Our products are intended for adults 18 and older.

Do you teach self defense classes and workshops?

While we support every woman's decision to learn self defense, Keona's Defense Shop does not provide self defense classes or workshops.  At times we may partner with local instructors to offer demonstrations but we are not certified to provide technical self defense classes to the public.

Shop owner, Lauren will be launching a group coaching program for AAPI women recovering from trauma in Spring 2022.

What is your refund policy?

Keona's Defense Shop does not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item comes damaged. All items are ​FINAL SALE​.

For damaged products, please submit a photo and description of the damaged within 3 days of receipt to info@shopkeona.com

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process order cancellations once an item is shipped.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order, notify us and we’ll work to replace the item with the correct item. Please follow the steps listed above regarding our refund policy. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

What happens if my package gets lost in the mail or shipping delayed?

**NOTE : We are not responsible for any shipping delays. Please keep in mind, USPS is experiencing many delays due to COVID.

Keona's Defense Shop is not responsible for any lost packages once your item is shipped. Please ensure that the address that is given at check out is the correct address. If USPS is unable to find your address in their system, they will enter in the city that is associated with the address and zip code listed on your order. For any lost packages, please file a claim with USPS directly. Any questions can be emailed to info@shopkeona.com

There is a $5 re-shipment fee for any packages sent back to us because of an insufficient address.
