Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers.  We have adjusted our fulfillment center to comply with public health advisories. What does this mean for you?

  • Processing times are generally within 3-5 *business days. Currently those times vary due to government regulations related to COVID-19.  Processing times are expected to be longer during *holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited releases and promotions.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.  You will be provided a tracking number so that you can stay updated on the status of your order.
  • Keona's Defense Shop partners with U.S. based warehouses to maintain our product inventory. You may receive your order in multiple packages/tracking numbers with different delivery times. 
  • We have chosen not to use packaging materials that create clutter and increase waste to send our products. All of our defense accessories and tactical blades arrive in standard packaging from the original manufacturer.  This allows us to offer our products at affordable prices that are comparable to our competitors . . without the extra frill.
